Incanto began as a shared dream between Rossella and Andrea Signorelli. Since 2016 it has been a little slice of Italy at the end of the dock in English Harbour.
Incanto began as a shared dream between Rossella and Andrea Signorelli, a mother and son from Milan. In 2016 Andrea flew to Antigua and invested everything in an empty spot at the end of the dock at Antigua Slipway, in English Harbour.
The name came to him in a dream: Incanto. In Italian it means enchantment, the feeling of a place that makes you want to stay a little longer.

Today pasta, focaccia, fresh basil and every dessert are made or grown right here, following the traditions of Italian cooking. Our Italian chefs bake bread every day and make gnocchi, plin ravioli and lasagna the way they are made back home. No shortcuts.
Fine Italian ingredients meet the island's farmers and fishermen. Sometimes the catch of the day comes straight from Andrea's fishing line.

In 2018, at the end of our second season, Incanto was rated #1 of 177 restaurants in Antigua on TripAdvisor, on 31 August 2018. That photo of us is still on the plaque we keep at the restaurant.
We are proud of it, but we are prouder of the guests who keep coming back: families on holiday, yacht crews on Crew Night, and every spring the crews of the Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta, who fill our deck for lunch.

We are getting ready for a new season on the dock. Incanto reopens in mid-November 2026, and we will announce the exact date on this website and on Instagram.
Come for lunch or dinner, open every day from 12:00 to 9:30 pm, closed on Tuesdays. Celebrating something? We host private events and New Year's Eve with front-row seats for the fireworks.
